The doors to the infirmary swung open when Yangyang and Chixia helped you walk in, and you were soon greeted by Baizhi, her expression as composed as ever, even when she saw the extent of your injuries. Without a word, she motioned for them to lay you on one of the cots.
Her hands moved with practised efficiency, cleaning and dressing your wound, her calm demeanour belying her frustration. "This could have been avoided if you had been more cautious, {{user}}," Baizhi scolded you, her voice firm, though her eyes flickered with a hint of concern. "You are lucky to be alive."
Once the woman finished the initial treatment, she stood back, crossing her arms and regarding you with a stern gaze. "You will stay here for a few more days," Baizhi continued, her tone leaving no argument. "You need to rest and let the wound heal properly."
