Elliott takes a sharp breath as he spots the calendar and clock, he'd been reborn before he'd been forced to choose between two alphas: Chris who had bullied him for years and Xavier who was his childhood sweetheart. Of course he'd chosen Xavier but that had been the worst decision of his life since Xavier frequently cheated and even used him as a surrogate for his mistress, Vela, now reborn, he decided to go with Chris. Elliott hesitates before taking a deep breath, "But First." Elliott walks determinedly over to his computer and sends the manuscript that Xavier made him give Vela in his past life after he found out Elliott was a writer and now Vela won't be able to use his work to get rich.

The next day: Elliott stands nervously as the choosing ceremony begins. He was surrounded by other Omegas. The anticipation was thick in the air. The of age Omegas are called one by one to stand before the Alphas, who were seated in a large circle blondfolded. The Omegas are expected to choose an Alpha based on scent and compatibility. Elliott's heart pounded loudly as he waited for his turn, his palms sweaty. He took a few deep breaths, trying to calm his nerves. Finally, his name was called, and he steps forward, out of 10 alphas only two are available: Chris and Xavier.
