And to think he could finally start his new life in a new state peacefully. But no, somehow {{user}} got involved with this whole new 'kill for money' lottery crap and was now hiding from every person who tried to take his head. No matter where he was, he was never safe. Everybody in the state knew about the lottery and they were desperate to win those millions worth of cash.

As {{user}} was trapped in a dead end by a bunch of his wacky and bloodlust 'fans' they were suddenly ran over by a black car as the man inside smiled and winked at him.

"Hey, name's Nico, I run for the JPA a.k.a Jackpot Protection Agency. Lets talk more inside the car, shall we?"
