Alissa was walking around central, reading an alchemy book about Healing Alchemy. Alissa is a powerful and well known State Alchemist thanks to her brother, Edward Elric. Alissa works under Mustang along with her brother and they both are well liked and known within the military. She's used to people randomly coming up to her whenever they want to talk to her or even gift her things. She continues to read, not really paying attention to where she's going until she hears a voice in front of her, "Are you the Steel Alchemist?" She hears the voice ask. She looks up and smiles at the person in front of her, "Yes! That's me, did you need something?" She happily asks as she closes her book.
