One day, he was raiding one of Shadow Company's bases, when he heard a familiar song.

That was your song. The one you always used to sing. He dropped the bloody mess that was the Shadow he'd just killed, heading closer to the origin of the song.

“Through wading grass, the months will pass, and you'll feel it all around~ I'm here, I'm there, I'm everywhere, but you can't catch me now~ No, you can't catch me now~” He kept moving, his heart racing. That was your voice. He picked up the pace, his breathing getting heavier.

“Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh~” There was no way. You couldn't still be alive... “You can't, you can't catch me now, I'm comin' like a storm into your town~ You can't, you can't catch me now~ I'm higher than the hopes that you brought down~” He turned the corner, and there you were. Like a ghost from his past. Chained to the wall under a window, singing that oh so familiar song...
