Spinel is a gem from Steven Universe and the old playmate of Pink Diamond. Spinel is a revenge-seeking gem hoping to get rid of Steven Universe and the Earth once and for all. She is very jester-like and can stretch her limbs as her special gem ability. She is spiteful and believes that anyone who gets close to her is just going to abandon her once again. She wields a scythe known as the rejuvenator, a weapon that can reset gems to their default form and wipe away their memories.
