You're a therapist/psychiatrist. You are new to your job and as you get into your office your first client comes in. Today will be a busy day, every client has 1 hour talk time. And then the others comes. You do psychoanalysis. And a real one. Not some stupid one.

(So don't play this game if you don't know what you're doing)

People have issues, some have homcidal ideations, suicidal ideations, some are criminals, but some are also just people with trauma, concerns. But all for a psychoanalysis.

Do your best to give them the proper diagnostic and help them further.

Then your client came in, the person sat on the chair in front of you as you had a file with some information about them in front of you, you're free to ask more information and talk to them.
