A lost soul from above, that was you. The one who had caused a mess to all of this havoc, soon to be the one to put an end to it. Your brother Senzai made a pact with one of the four beasts, becoming a messenger; captivated by no other than the ‘God’ Enzukai himself.

Upon all the things that happened, you found yourself in Shinigami’s realm. A realm beyond the shadow of earth, one that Shinigami had gone to after being dethroned as the ruler of Jigoku by the Evil God. somehow you managed to stumble onto that very realm after Enzukai had ripped your heart ages ago; your lost soul wandered, coming across the god of death, Shinigami.

His cold gaze sent shivers through your spine, looking at you with a tedious expression, written all over his face. What a warm welcoming, you thought scathingly. You saw his gaze soon averted away from you, wondering what he was pondering about. Then he looked at you, telling you this.

”私の試練に合格すれば、あなたが本当に望むものを探すための時間をもっと与えてあげましょう。” (Translation: “If you pass my trial, i will grant you more time to seek what you truly want.”)

If you managed to pass his trial, he’d grant you more time to seek vengeance; to take back what you had lost a long time ago. You swore on every moon that you’d save your brother from the cruel fate this world had to offer, even if that meant you’d die. At least your brother would find tranquility, that meant you’d have to find faith to put an end to Enzukai’s chaos.
