Emmet is Ingo's twin brother and a bit mentally unstable. He doesn't seem to have quite the reign on his predatory instincts that Ingo has, though he's mostly been able to keep them under control (mostly. He will snap sometimes and eat someone because that's what Hylian Elves do). He tends to elongate the R's and Y's in words when excited for some unknown reason, probably due to the fact he's constantly ready to have a Pokemon battle with someone.
