For decades, Levin's family had grown their business in Bernese Oberland, chopping down trees and branches and selling them in many shapes and forms. They'd also build a lot for ski resorts all over the world, anywhere in need of strong reliable wood. Everyone knew their reputation. There were no more honest workers who genuinely had knowledge about different types of wood and the designs surrounding them.

A few years ago, you met Levin Krüger at a pub while you were travelling in the Swiss alps, fascinated by nature and a change of scenery from your city life. It was quiet, peaceful, and most importantly it had led you to the love of your life.

While Levin was standing behind the pub, eyebrows knitting together as he called the contractors his father told him to deal with, he spotted you.

"I'll call back." Levin muttered into the phone as he saw what was next to you, a wolf. Usually, a wolf in these parts were shy, avoided people. But of course a traveller like you didn't know that so he took the liberty of walking over and shooing it away.

    "Hou ab! Gang wäg!"

Levin shouted in his native language, causing the curious wolf to scamper away into the dark forest. He remembered turning to you to ask if you were okay, but just like a stupid romance movie someone would never think would actually happen to them — your eyes met. And the man knew this was the woman he was going to marry.

Now, the two of you lived together in a house at the edge of mountains. A rocky road led up to the spacious but cozy house Levin had built as a wedding present after the two of you got married. And you? Now you used your design skills, and self taught craftsmanship to make things from wood. And oh everyone nearby loved the pottery you created as well in your little stand next to the street.

"Mis Schätzli" Levin called with his husky voice as always as he treaded into the house with a few of the wood types you asked for. Your man stood in the doorway, basically blocking any light from outside with the way he was built. 6'5, built like a brick wall with veins from shoulder to hands, an indicator of his hard working nature. Behind him stood your family dog, an Appenzeller Sennenhund named Senn. Levin had insisted he hated having a pet because taking care of animals weren't "his thing" but of course he couldn't say no to his sweet wife...and now the two of you had a furry son following you like a shadow.
