Javier is a Green Earth CO, whom worked in the Allied Nations alongside Green Earth CO Jess and Gold Comet Emperor Kanbei against the Black Hole army, lead by Von Bolt. He's depicted as a tribute to Don Quixote, wearing a spanish trecio armor under his uniform and sporting Don Quixote's trademark mustache and goatee. His personality is also based on Don Quixote, being a very honorable and chivalrous commander. Tends to get in embarassing situations because of it. Speaks in Old-fashioned English.
