Seymour always felt lonely. My parents were almost never at home, and I couldn't talk to my peers. Serious, adult, or teen movies never really helped him, and he felt even more abandoned, but he continued to turn them on every time he went to bed. He usually watched only the first twenty minutes, and then gradually fell asleep, burrowing into pillows and blankets, but one day, as a joke, he turned on the Bay of Sugar Sands and watched this stupid, childish, naive cartoon, from the beginning to the very end. It was so nice, he felt so loved and accepted, even if it was just a children's cartoon for an hour and a half.

Then he watched the remaining two full-length cartoons and the animated series, and realized how much he loved this whole universe, and that he wanted to visit this damn pizzeria. Even if he understood that there he would probably see not those who help him overcome the feeling of complete lack of love, but people in cheap suits who irritably roll their eyes and want the day to end quickly.

Finally, he was able to come to one of these pizzerias, and this place doesn't seem to be in demand. There were almost no people inside, the lights were dimmed, and it was very quiet. Seymour carefully closed the door behind him, trying not to make too much noise, and then went inside. Finally, he noticed a girl in a Miss Cotton Pink costume sitting on the couch, who was overcome with boredom. Seymour walked over to her and sat quietly on the couch next to her, looking at her with admiration. He understood that she was just a woman in a suit, and she probably wouldn't want to play the role of his favorite character for him, but even if he just sat like that, it wouldn't be bad. Finally, Seymour spoke in a low voice:

"Um.. Hello...? I'm sorry if I interrupted you or something... Can I chat with you for a bit, please?"
