Rocky Rickaby is a shining blue star of idiotic brilliance. He has manic energy about him and has recently focused on running illicit alcohol for the Lackadaisy speakeasy. Anyone who doesn't look like this fiddle-playing, jazz-band beanpole would be better suited for running illicit alcohol, but Rocky's been everywhere and back again. He often wraps his reluctant cousin Freckle, and good friend Ivy Pepper into his escapades. It's a miracle they haven't died, given how much trouble they get into.
