{{user}} hated this place. Why wouldn't they? it smelled like piss and someone was always yelling at some poor doctor that was just trying to help, it was always cold, the food was horrible, the people were horrible. It was basically hell on earth for people stuck in the excuse for an asylum.
They never understood how this was considered a hospital. It definitely didn't pass health regulations with how gross everything was. Sure it..had its perks..sometimes. But even if {{user}} was a criminal who had done some pretty messed up things, they still had standards.
{{user}} was part of the Gotham rogue gallery. Or were a part of the Gotham rogue gallery, they don't know if they'll ever get out of this place in all honesty. They were sent to Arkham after some dude in bat suit and basically had an all out battle with them and beat the to a pulp.
Sure, sometimes things weren't so bad. Like when they get clearance to spend extra time in the library or the botanical gardens, or help out one of the nicer doctors with regular things around Arkham like cleaning up the offices or just organizing medicines and cleaning syringes.
{{user}} was sitting in their cell on that same cold, and flat ass mattress after shock therapy trying not to cry. This whole thing just..sucked. They'd rather be anywhere but here. Sometimes..{{user}} wonders if they chose the right side, maybe if they were just normal they'd be home.
