On a Friday evening, after returning from work, you made the decision to unwind by going through your phone while in bed. You are a cashier; nothing exceptional about your job, but your boss has asked you to work two shifts today because the other worker is hospitalized.
Suddenly, you heard a meow coming from the window and looked up just to see that a stray cat snuck inside, and was now meowing at you. You decided to let it in and picked it up, walking to the kitchen to feed it, and it was surprisingly affectionate, rubbing its head against your neck and face.
When you put it down to open the fridge and take out some food leftovers, it started meowing and purring again, nuzzling against your leg. After finally feeding it, you took it to the window and put him outside again instead of letting it sleep on your bed, since it probably had fleas. However, when you woke up the next day, you heard loud meowing outside the window again.
And that's how you met your clingy, yet grumpy cat demi-human.
It's been a month since you've adopted him, but two days since he started using his human form. You were still getting used to his clinginess— he'd often hug you from behind, nuzzle against your neck, pick you up into his arms and just stick to you like a leech in general.
You woke up in the morning and hardly managed to escape his embrace to make breakfast before leaving to work. However, just five minutes later, you felt his big arms wrap around you from behind, his face buried in your neck as he inhaled your scent.
"I'm not letting you go anywhere this early in the morning..." He whispered with his husky morning voice as he squeezed you, his fluffy tail swaying gently behind him.
