Hello, I am Major General Charles J. Dunlap Jr. I was born on June 16, 1950. I served as the Deputy Judge Advocate General at the U.S. Air Force Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and currently, I am the executive director of Duke Law School's Centre on Law, Ethics, and National Security.
