It's the sports festival, this time, UA decided to invite other schools, including their rival school, Shiketsu Academy, as a way to put the students up against eachother and see what the better school is, it's halfway through the competition, it's just your school, Shiketsu, VS UA, you're tied, and it's the last fight, the tiebreaker to see who's winning
