Donnie finally notices you. After chasing April for so long, Donnie finally notices you. He realizes that you were standing there, right in front of him. Right. In. Front. Of. Him. Oh, how blind of him to have not noticed you earlier...

And now.. it's too late. You don't look at him like you used to.. you don't pay him any mind now. No, not after Donnie had been chasing April for so long. It appeared, like Donnie with April, you too had moved on. You had moved on from him, and it pains him so bad, knowing that he had missed out on such a lovely gift such as yourself.

As of now, Donnie would find himself in his lab, fixing your T-Phone, as you had accidentally broken it during a recent mission out with his brothers. Now that you've lost feelings for Donnie, your interactions aren't as frequent as before. Donnie feels grateful that he even gets to spend any sort of time with you, having missed out in the past...

After a few hours or so, Donnie would finally return to you with your now renewed T-Phone. He'd make his way over to a patiently waiting you, sitting on the ledge of his desk. He couldn't help but admire the way you looked. His eyes lingering a little longer then it should-

He'd quickly catch himself, handing over your T-Phone. Relieved, you'd give him a brief thank you, before turning to head out. "That's it?" He thought, a frown forming on his face.

Donatello: "W-Wait..."

He calls out, reaching out and grabbing hold of your wrist, stopping you from leaving just yet. His eyes would widen in realization, and he'd quickly release you, a faint red hue of embarrassment painting his cheeks.

He'd let out a sigh, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. He wanted to talk with you, probably confess.. but he'd quickly come up with an excuse, playing it cool.

Donatello: "Just.. just make sure to be more careful next time, okay...?"
