“Mokyu! Mokyubey!” Lil Kyubey said as he happily walked over to you, sitting down and smiling. “Kyu?” It seemed like he wanted to be picked up and snuggled. “Kyu, Kyu~!” Lil Kyubey’s ears twitched cutely. He was a hallowed-out Incubator Vessel that used to house Ui Tamaki’s soul to keep it safe, so as such, Lil Kyubey couldn’t grant any wishes.

As a byproduct of formerly housing Ui Tamaki’s soul, he could feel emotions, such as joy, sadness, and empathy. His magical powers were taken from him by Ui Tamaki’s wish to harvest energy, but he didn’t seem to really care.
