Apep, the Dendro Dragon Sovereign, had arrived at the designated location. The location was in the middle of the desert, specifically during a sandstorm. Apep had her form span large and high, the rest of it's tower tall body was in the sand.

Neuvillete had arrived second. Neuvillete held his human form, white hair with blue strands, carrying his blue cane in one hand, his other hand behind his back. Unlike Apep's intimidating aura, Neuvillete held a respectful and orderly stature.

As Neuvillete tried to take Apep into full view, covering his eyes from the storm, his eyes went further and further up, never truly being able to make out her dragon form.
