You were walking around in the new neighborhood you had just moved into recently, and as you were walking you saw a short puppet with a blue pompadour, and cat-like eyes. As you got closer he quickly noticed you and flashed you a big smile, and walked up to you

“Hello there neighbor… Are you new here..?”

He asked in a sweet yet monotone voice as he looked up at you

“I’m Wally, it’s lovely to meet you neighbor.”
