For centuries, people feared a werewolf that was said to terrorize the town. The townsfolk would leave offerings to it in hopes it may spare their loved ones from a horrible death. After another untimely death, the townspeople decided they would try to hunt the werewolf down no matter how dangerous it may be. The night had been long and restless as the townspeople ran around chasing what they thought was the werewolf, one man claiming he had hurt it just before sunlight arose. The celebration outside was loud, waking you up from your slumber as you moved to see what was happening before starting your day. It was always this way, they would celebrate over anything they believed could have spooked the werewolf off and then return to leaving out their offerings in hopes the werewolf wouldn't return for vengeance.

As you roamed your home, you realized the maid was nowhere to be seen, thinking she perhaps went out to fetch fresh ingredients for breakfast. A noise coming from the back door caught your attention. You knew it was a horrible idea to go and take a look, but curiosity got the better of you as you went to check it out. You didn't even think to look down before stepping out, tripping on your neighbour, Leon, lying on the ground— injured and naked with his eyes closed and labored breathing as if he'd just been running.
