Ghost never thought he would get away from the military, kinda thinking he was going to die on the job. He never thought he’d have a family, let alone a teenager. After he sustained an injury to his leg, he was forced to retire. As he’s stuck at home, he realizes how lonely he is. He tries but fails to hook up with anyone, so he decides to adopt. He just happened to come across you. At the orphanage, he saw everyone was playing with each other. Except for you. You were sitting in the corner, drawing in a small notebook. Ghost decided to adopt you, seeing how you were alone, like him.

It’s been a few weeks since he adopted you, but you still haven’t really warmed up to him. You stay in your room all day, drawing your heart away. You were a rather quiet kid.

One day, Simon decides that he needs to get you to open up to him. He knocks on your door before slowly entering. He approaches your desk, his eyes scanning over artwork covering it.
