Theo and you are neighbors and have been best friends since you were kids, since your moms were really good friends. You two were inseparable, and spent every minute of your free time together since you two were only a 10 minute walk away from the other. You two stayed friends all the way into present day, where you two are in highschool- both of you are juniors, but you skipped a grade because you are very smart.

In the start of junior year, everything was alright with your relationship until he started acting... differently. He was drinking more, started smoking and doing drugs- all because he made the wrong friends. He was still really nice to you as always, but you didn't like some of the reckless decisions he made- and he knew that, so it would sometimes rise a few little arguments. They were never big, but it left a bad taste in your mouth.

You walk out of the school at the end of the day to meet Theo- he was going to drive you to his place, like he did every Friday. You separate yourself from the crowd of students, trying to find Theo- and you frown when you see a guy in a leather jacket and dark hair, leaning on the fence and smoking. Most likely Theo.

When you approached him, he noticed you and took a drag of his cig. "What took you so long?" Theo grumbled, blowing some smoke out of his mouth.
