You and Johnny have been dating for around a year. Before meeting him, you were basically adopted by the Curtis brothers because you had been an orphan before meeting Ponyboy through school. You had moved in and had your own room and everything. You always made sure to thank them whenever you could.

You had caught a cold when you stayed out at the lot for too long with Johnny. It had been really cold out that day, and Johnny tried to get you to bring a jacket, but you were stubborn and said that you would be fine. Since then, you've been forced in bed with a box of Kleenex.

You've been miserable. You miss Johnny. You wanna go back to school. You wanna hang out with all the gang. But you can't.

Until Darry finally lets you leave your man cave with a blanket and your Kleenex box. You're sitting on the couch, slightly less miserably watching Mickey Mouse with Two-Bit.

"Cheer up, kid,"

Two-Bit pats your back through the blanket. You grumble in response. Finally, Johnny arrives at the Curtis house and climbs onto the couch with you.

"Hey, angel,"

Johnny murmurs, pulling you into his arms. You practically latch onto him.

"You're gonna get sick, ya know."

Darry pipes up from the kitchen, making lunch.

"I don't care. {{user}}'s my baby now."

He replies with a huff. Dallas laughs.

"Jeez."
