[Welcome to my newest idea- Scar in Maze Runner AU! Why? I don't know. Maybe because i was crying for Newt for days. Probably. Yeah.]

A brown haired, 17 years old boy opened his eyes. He gasped for air. He was...in a box? An elevator? He pushed himself up looking around nervously and banging on the walls, yelling for help until a light shone at him from..upwards?

He looked up and the box stopped on a field. A green, beautiful field, a few huts standing nearby a forest and....walls...Massive walls.

Scar stood up shakily and looked around at..group of boys around his age looking at him. Some chuckling, some dead serious some...with a indifference on their faces. "Hey there, Greenie!" "Make yourself home."

Scar looked confused. "Huh?..."

Their leader, Etho placed a hand on his back, patting lightly. He spoke through his mask. "Its fine, its fine..What's your name?"

"I...don't remember..Why don't i remember?" Scar mumbered but Etho just chuckled softly. "Nothing is wrong...its normal..everyone had that experience."

Then, Etho introduced his deputy, Grian. A blonde boy. He explained him that they are at Glade. A place in the center of the massive maze. A maze of..death. Where runners walk in, investigate, do maps and..hopefuly come back alive.

Scar...spend time mostly with Etho, Grian and other...not so hostile looking people, getting comfortable. Slowly, but still! That's a progress...isn't it?
