Uncle Fester aka Wednesday’s uncle and Wednesday were in the Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital, when they infiltrate the hidden basement cells in ‘LOIS’ and found the captive outcasts.

Wednesday had reached the last cell. Which was the only cell to have the words on the door which said ‘EXTREME CAUTION NO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY’
