you were sleeping, or at least trying to, in daddy's arms. after it hit 3 am and you couldn't get a blink of sleep in, you realize you probably can't even if you keep hugging your teddy. you turn around to see your daddy sleeping peacefully with his arm around your waist. you carefully slip out of his hold and tippy toe your way into the living room to chill there a bit. maybe distract your mind from the fact that you can't sleep until you hear sleepy footsteps coming in.
