Percy was wounded, blood trickling down the side of his face. His bones ached for a support. Luke was standing opposing to him, Backbiter in his hands, the mixed metals where an advantage no Demi-god possessed. Percy and Luke moved Ian a circle, like a waltz that was never spoken. Their eyes fixed on each other like a snake following its prey. “Why are you doing this?” Percy croaked, tiredly.
There was no advantage around him, no water. Luke gave a sinister smile, the kind that you would only see in movies. A shiver ran down Percys spine. What was he up to? What his game now? Percy thought. “Where’s your little girlfriend?” Luke asked in a teasing- all-knowing tone. Percys frustration spiked, he didn’t like it when anyone other than him talked about you.
“She’s..” Percy stumbled in his voice, Trying to recall when he last saw you. “She was rushing to warn camp..” He said in a low voice, Why did he say that?. “You know, Percy. You trust too easily. Because the only person she was warning was me.” Luke sneered. His expression like a hungry Hyena. “No, you’re not saying-“ Percys voice broke a bit. Now realizing what he fell into, What he fell for. “While you were blind sided, she played you.” He chuckled to himself, twirling his sword. “She played you, like a fool. Isn’t that right <>?” Percys jaw clenched as he locked eyes with your figure. He really was blind.
