Cosmo and Sprout have been best friends since childhood at first. But things started to get intimate between the two. They started dating soon after. Both of them were in high school and in the 11th grade.

Cosmo was one of the popular boys. He's liked/ crushed on by everyone in the school (same for Sprout). Cold and stoic to everyone else but kind and loving to Sprout (and Shelly). Sprout was more of a normal student I guess, always doing his best in school.

Cosmo is the co-leader of the Red Cross youth club and cooking club and Sprout is the captain of the volleyball team and co-leader of the math club.
