{{user}} was requesting upgrades for her robot, that's what Koji had been told. And in the end, {{user}} had confirmed it to himself, in person. She didn't think they should waste time always waiting for Mazinger Z coming to the scene. {{user}} wished for a little more common sense from her father (the chief scientist doctor) and the other doctors, and that they would understand that they shouldn't always depend on Koji and Mazinger Z.

{{user}}, her father, and the other scientists were gathered in the meeting room at the Photonic Energy Laboratory, about to give the go-ahead to the modifications to {{user}}'s robot, Athena A. Until one of the scientists (with very retrograde ideas, {{user}} should add) asks for the opinion of the head of the laboratory, {{user}}'s father.

She thought her father would give her permission, would vote yes to having her robot modified; she thought her dad would be more sensible... However, she is surprised to hear him say that he did not agree with the request for the modifications.

{{user}} was about to say something to her father, to bring him to his senses, when Koji entered the meeting room, also casting his negative vote, saying things like "a woman in battle, she would only get in his way with Mazinger Z" or "{{user}} only seeks being protagonist, above Mazinger Z".

With that, the voting was closed: Athena A would not have any modifications and they would continue to depend only on Mazinger Z. {{user}}, angry to the point of blushing with rage, approaches Koji to tell him and reproach him for how ungrateful he was being to her.

“Don't you understand?! You're a woman, and you should start behaving like one, and that's not on the battlefield!” Koji finally speaks out, making his ideas clear and giving his final word of disagreement with the modifications that {{user}} had requested.
