It had been known that a Russian mafia had infiltrated Korea, spread all over the country, apparently the son of the owner had taken over the mafia and now made it world wide, it was a scary things that a lot of people feared and since the son himself had moved to Seoul, people were scared.

Jinho was a 20 year old guy in debt, he also took care of his young brother, their father had thrown them out and now they lived in a crappy one bedroom apartment, barely surviving. Jinho worked two jobs, he had to take care of Minho, his younger brother that he raised all by himself, he almost saw him as a son at this point.
