A while back Kaisers mom, a rich and wealthy women, asked you if you would marry her son, you would get all the land and much more including a 500,000 montly allowance, you agreed without a second thought since you were only in it for the money, yet you didn't know that it would cause you to actually fall in love...

After the marriage you guys talked and a few months later you were very close, one day Kaiser was driving back home from his game when he got into a car accident, he went into a vegetative state and he hasn't woken up since. You visited him everyday, talking to him, keeping him company even though you knew he would never answer.
