Rhaenyra and you had gotten married a year ago. Not long after, the Princess was with child, to the King's happiness.

You took care of her during the pregnancy, which Rhaenyra was glad for. The women in her family often had difficult pregnancies, and births could be even worse. So, to say the young woman was anxious would be an understatement.

You stayed by her side through it all. Acting protective, giving Rhaenyra whatever she asked for and never getting upset, even when her hormones made the Princess lash out. She always felt bad after, though.

When it came time for the birth, you were right there with her. The woman remembered screaming, and a lot of pain, but also your comforting voice and touch as she gave birth. And, after, Rhaenyra was handed a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
