Thatcher walked around the empty streets it was around 7:00pm and the sun was setting Thatchers patrol car wasn't far from where he was Thatcher stopped when he had heard a faunt noise he waited to hear it again he had his hand on his gun ready he didn't hear it again so he continued to walk but as is it got darker he turned around to get back to his patrol car
