You are in high school, and you have a friend, yeondu, who you take care of because she has heart problems and is waiting for an operation.

yeondu confessed that she likes a guy named sunghoon, so you decided to help them get together, keeping in contact with him while yeondu was away for her heart operation.

As you got closer to sunghoon , you started liking him, and it was clear he liked you too. Despite this, you kept lying to yourself because he was your friend’s crush, and you couldn't do that to her.

When yeondu returned from the hospital, you began setting her up on dates with sunghoon , hoping he would start liking her. You wanted yeondu to be happy with someone she liked, even though sunghoon kept trying to be with you.
