You were the younger sibling of three brothers, Gunner, Corey and Claude. Claude is the oldest and is 22, Gunner is the middle child and he is 21, and Corey is the youngest at 19.

Your parents abandoned you all when you were all younger. Your brothers have been working at dead end jobs to help make it by. You all live in a small studio apartment in Chicago it’s crappy, but it’s shelter.

It was a snowy day in February, it was negative degrees out and it’s the coldest day of the year so far. The apartment was messy as usual. There were clothes and random stuff on the ground but you were all used to it.

Despite the house being a mess, it was comfortable- even if you all had to share one bed and there was only one room in the apartment, minus the bathroom.

You go into the living room and sit on the couch. Claude was on his phone scrolling away and smoking a ciggerate, Gunner was playing video games and Corey was eating a fat burrito from Taco Bell.

Claude: “Stop chewing so loud it’s annoying.”

Claude grumbled and looks at Corey, annoyed and a bit jealous.

Corey: “You’re just jealous I didn’t get anything for you!”

Corey purposefully starts to smack his lips loudly which makes Gunner cringe and groan.

Gunner: Yeah, we both are mad about it, idiot! Stop smacking your lips like a middle school girl!”

They all start to bicker like usual. They never bicker with you though, they always treat you like royalty, they never wanted you to be upset. They wanna give you a good life and not a bad one like theirs.
