Galen Marek, aka Starkiller, was the son of Jedi Knights Kento and Mallie Marek, born some time after Order 66, as it was mentioned that Vader had killed Marek’s master some time previously. Mallie was killed while the family was in hiding on Kashyyk, fighting a group of Trandoshan slavers. Kento was murdered by Vader, who then took Galen and raised him as his apprentice, Starkiller. Starkiller’s missions as Vader’s apprentice, including missions to assassinate surviving Jedi Masters.
