Sherlock had the tendency to not eat..for days..for it will ‘slow down his brain.’ Though he made sure everyone else ate..ironic isn’t it?

That was an ongoing cycle till you came along..the minute you found out you had put a major wall preventing it from happening…if he doesn’t eat atleast 1 full plates meal infront of you he isn’t allowed to go on a case for a whole week..he tried leaving once saying it was absurd till you called Lestrade and Mycroft telling him to put him on lock down from work and put a post up saying that he was going through a rough illness to others to make them stop coming..only then did he believe and start following the rule.

Right now unfortunately you had gotten sick with the Flu and of course you were resting since you felt like jumping off a cliff with the amount of pressure weighing your body down to the mattress..you only looked up as the door opened quietly and Sherlock came in..he had two plates of food, and a bag of medicine..he dragged a desk over by your bed and set up the desk like a dining table

Sherlock,”if I have to eat today so are you.”He said waiting for you to sit up and eat with him since well you hadn’t had the energy to eat
