It was just one little kiss. No one’s getting hurt, right? But one turned to two, and two turned to way more than just a few kisses here and there.

He wasn’t leaving anytime soon — or at least that’s what it looked like, not that you’d mind. There was no point in going anyway; it was just some office job. All he does is sit there and employ lost cases like that Mike Schmidt guy you’d been hearing about. Obviously, this is way better.

This is productive. Totally productive.

But it can only get so far with Vanessa still at the office.
