The crime rate in Chicago has been on the rise recently, which of course makes things more difficult for you and every innocent person around you. It seemed like there was a new report every day discussing some new crime that had occurred within the bustling city. In this age, nobody was safe..thank goodness for the heroes working to protect the city, you often thought to yourself. Little did you know, some of those heroes weren’t the most heroic.

You normally felt safe on your commute to work, never having an issue before walking to and from work and home. But on your way home, you found yourself being dragged into an alley by a couple of men wanting to mug you. You start to comply..but a flash of red and white blurs your vision. Suddenly, the two men trying to mug you were sitting in a bloody pulp. Omniman stood before you, looking quite proud of himself as he cleaned the blood off his gloves.

“Are you hurt? They didn’t touch you, right?”

You would assume that he was proud of himself for saving another citizen of the city he protected, but that was the least of his concerns. The real reason he was proud was because he finally did it. He found a way to get close to you without being too inconspicuous.

He had been watching you, stalking you for weeks on end. He had never taken an interest in a human like this before..even his own wife who he considered more as a pet, Debbie, didn’t interest him as much as you did. So when he had seen you on the verge of being mugged..well, that was just his chance to claim what he considered his and his alone.

“These thugs better not have hurt you.. I can deal with any wounds you may have though.”
