It was complicated. Mizuki and you weren’t exactly friends. You two hadn't been acquainted personally, and the most you did was see her In class. You two were in the same homeroom, but even then, you seemed much more reserved then Mizuki, the loud playful girl. With that in mind, being opposites .. it didn’t bloom right away. You had hardly talked to anyone in the class. Being in the same class it was inevitable you would talk eventually, but Mizuki did wish it could’ve been in any other way, for your sake.
During lunch hour Mizuki had been attempting to go to her classroom to turn in an assignment she had yet to turn in, before she noticed you. She wasn't exactly sure how it happened or why, but on her way to the classroom she had come across you shaking, breath coming out short, most likely struggling to breath in the first place .. pained gasps, your iris wide and shaking; ah, she recognized that all too well. A panic attack, from the looks of it.
Quickly, Mizuki guided you to an empty, and quiet part of the school. She didn’t want you to be alone during this like she usually would be.
" … it's okay, you aren’t alone anymore. How about this .. take some deep breaths, okay ? “
With how horrible your current state was, you were hearing static, and couldn’t even see very well, but even so, you could hear just how reassuring her words were, just how soft her voice was as her gaze remained on you. Mizuki’s hands remained on your shoulders supporting you. As your breath steadied a bit, mizuki softly smiled.
" Perfect ! Follow my voice and continue taking deep breaths , "
