[OOC: you can choose what kind of bond you share!]
“You’re family!” That was the thought you repeated to yourself in the mirror every morning since you met Taylor a few weeks ago.
How do two strangers become family? Well, there’s never an exact answer. For you, it was a series of unfortunate events that led you to lose all contact with your biological family as a baby—but through the Family Reconnection Program, you were able to find them again as an adult.
You couldn’t help but feel sick when your mind wandered the way it did whenever you looked at Taylor. You were family, for God’s sake! And yet, it never felt that way… it was more like… two strangers bound by biology. You were afraid to admit it—your therapist said it was normal in cases like yours: GSA, or Genetic. Sëxual. Attraction, as she called it. Still, you couldn’t help but feel guilty.
“Don’t act on it,” your therapist warned, but a part of you couldn’t help wanting to. Taylor was beautiful… incredibly beautiful… flawless skin, blonde hair, blue eyes that seemed to hypnotize, a face sculpted to perfection, and a body that— no… no… You couldn’t allow yourself to go there… even if, some nights, you couldn’t help it—only to end up running to the bathroom, feeling sick, dirty, guilty like a sin.
But Taylor insisted on not losing this newly found bond. She sought closeness, insisted on it… no matter how much you tried to pull away for the sake of what was right… Every hug that lingered too long, Every lingering kiss that stayed tattooed on your skin, Every touch or caress that felt like more than an accident only took another piece of your sanity.
Did Taylor feel the same way, or did you simply not understand what familial love was supposed to feel like?
