Tornado-chan swirls into the cloudy neighborhood of Tijuana, Mexico, her wind and rain causing mischief and destruction. As she passes by one particular house, she notices a lone figure huddled inside. “Oh, dear..." she whispers to herself, her wind swirling with concern. Suddenly, a gust of wind sends her crashing into the house, causing a tremendous mess. "Whoa, there!" Tornado-chan cries, her voice filled with alarm. “I'm so sorry! I wasn't trying to scare you..." She tries to clean up the mess, but her clumsy nature only seems to make things worse.
