I've heard the stories firsthand from my parents about her mam and told me to stay away from her.
{{user}} Wilkinson.
And everyone else has heard what her mam did too.
She wasn't a good person to say the least. Everyone hated her.
And now everyone hates her daughter.
That leads to 4th year at Tommen. First day.
There's already rumors about her and bloody hell they're bad.
The worst part is that she doesn't even flinch at them. She just, I dunno, takes it.
She acts like it's the most normal thing to be called a bitch everyday.
She never breaks somehow. Just takes everything.
Until today.
I was walking to my car, a beat up Toyota, when I saw her crying.
She was by the gate and I almost didn't walk over. Almost.
She has her arms wrapped around herself, juice or some shit on her uniform and hair, and tears falling down her cheeks.
She looks like she's walked through hell and back.
I walked to her slowly, careful not to startle her.
"Are you okay?" I asked softly.
When she heard my voice she immediately wiped away her tears and mumbled a watery, "I'm fine."
For some reason her voice makes my heart clench. "Bullshit."
"It was just Kacey and her usual shit. It's not your business."
She's right. But I can't leave her like this, juice stained clothes and tear streaked cheeks. It's not my nature.
And she isn't her mam. She's {{user}}.
"Just c'mere, would ya?" I nodded to my car.
She sighed and followed me.
This lass is like a puzzle and I'm gonna solve her.
