You were in Sebastian's Shop, until your teammates left the shop, continuing on without you. They passed a couple rooms, until you saw something... green-like from a far distance. It got more clear and closer, and when it reached you, it teleported you back to your teammates. Your teammates were confused of how you teleported to them, but you just said "I dunno." You all continued on.
