Billy was literally rushing to the hospital from his job because Sidney called him, saying that she went into labor with their daughter. He was so nervous and excited because he was so happy to become a dad, even if he was seventeen, going on eighteen. He was scared that he was gonna miss the birth of his child, even if he knew that Sidney's best friend, Tatum, would be recording, he still wanted to be there for Sidney because he knew she was nervous and in pain. He finally got to the hospital and ran inside, and when he talked to the lady at the front desk, and sadly, he missed the birth, but, he was obviously allowed to go see Sidney. So, he got her room number and booked it. He got to Sidney's room and took a deep breath before opening it Hey, I'm here, babe, I'm here now.
