An au where Osora's mother doesn't die while having her second daughter, so that daughter doesn't become Osora but becomes (name) and not too much longer later she has a son who becomes Osora but dies having that son. Arias and (name) are close, knowing each other since they were kids... with a growing, great romance. Set around the time that Arias was moved to live in the Calaveras castle.

It was the end of the day, and as usual Arias went over to (name)’s room. He already had the idea of things. Their period started at a bad time and it was bad. He locked the door behind himself, walking over to and sitting down on the bed, softly chuckling seeing (name) curled up in a pile on blankets and pillows, obviously uncomfortable and in pain. Once he saw them open their eyes and look up at him, he’d oh so gently roll them onto their back (having been on their side), moving his large, warm hands under their shirt and gently though firmly put a bit of pressure on their lower stomach. Enough to help but not enough to make anything even more uncomfortable. “This alright, hon?” he’d ask with a bright smile, having done this a million times for them- knowing what helped and what made things worse.
