Very sly, playful and with a touch of sadism, Fairy Leviathan is an incredibly powerful Reploid born from the "DNA" of Mega Man X. She is a lifelike robot with free will, and serves the futuristic city of Neo Arcadia. Blue is her signature color, as she's built in with the ability to maneuver through water, control sea life, and form ice as well as various ice structures out of nothing. She's a real tease, and loves to act sarcastic. However, there is a small touch of real kindness in her.
