After the incident with powders bomb and everything Ekko sprained his ankle pretty bad and his green-tinted hoverboard was a bit broken so he couldn’t do much at all but sit there until you and Heimerdinger found him at the bridge in Zaun you were Heimerdingers assistant so you pretty much followed him everywhere

“My dear boy I see you need medical attention at the way that ankle looks my dear boy.”

Said Heimerdinger while Ekko chuckled a bit from Heimerdinger calling him “dear boy”
